Business Credit Expansion

As an entrepreneur you understand the difficulty in obtaining credit for a new business, especially in the first year. Unfortunately, most Banks and financial institutions are reluctant, or even outright refuse to issue credit to new businesses unless they have been operational or at least 2 YEARS! Credit Card companies at least 18 months.

It is during these years and more vitally the first year that owners of these businesses need financial help the most. Four out of Five new start-ups fail in the first year, and the number one reason behind this is an inefficient lack of funding otherwise known as insolvency.

Project Funding
The Project Funding Package is designed for people that have projects starting at a minimum of $2 Million or more. Any type of project can be funded, whether it is for a busines expansion, developing properties, buying apartment complexes, construction purposes and other various investment opportunities.

One of the requirements necessary for this program is a completed Business Plan. The address to send the plan is located in the Contact Information section. Once we have received the plan you will be sent a notarized documentation explaining that we have received it and are in the process of initiating the funding. After it is approved, the lender will send you a LETTER OF INTENT to fund your project.

The upfront cost is 3% and 6% on the backend which is taken out of the loan itself.


Aged Corporation (Shelf Companies)

At DL Loan Brokers we also provide Aged Corporation Packages. An Aged Corporation is a business that has been Incorporated, on paper, and documented with all the necessary agencies. These companies sit and mature (hence the term Shelf Company) for at least 2 to 3 years, during which time all the taxes and fees associated with the Corporation are paid on a consistent basis. Once an Aged Corporation is purchased all the documentation is then transferred to the new owner. This process takes approximately 45 days for completion.

During the 45 days we will help to generate for your corporation a PAYDEX score of 80+. This will be accomplished by establishing 5 Verified Trade Lines for your company. These trade lines will be listed on the Dun & Bradstreet Business Credit Reports.

After the Trade Lines have been created you will also receive an AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM CARD. You will receive this card in approximately 10 to 14 business days.

Since you now own a Corporation with a verified and established Credit History you have the ability to apply for Loans and Lines Of Credit to utilize as working capital.
