Looking to buy a web-based business

This is a bit of a slightly different ad, but I never underestimate the power of the Net.

We are a small but growing Sydney Australia -based online marketing company (but location of business to be purchased can be anywhere). We are looking to grow our offering and are thinking about buying an existing Web-based business.

We are ideally looking for a business that has a substantial technology component (for eg, a pure design studio would be of no interest, but a company that has customers subscribed to a CMS system, or email marketing platform would be of interest).

Requirements:
- Preference for the SMS broadcast, email broadcast, Web, or Telco space.
- Preference for at least a few paying customers, but would be interested in looking at technology that has no customers yet.
