Default Shipping to UK Mainland

Ok I'm thinking of starting up my own business that retails high performance PC's to residants of UK mainland.... I have quite a few questions but here are a couple i can think of right now.

1) Once you recieve the order and have the product ready to ship how do you go about getting someone like parcel force or royal mail to deliver it for you? And how much does it cost?

2) Does anyone know how I'd be able to get cheaper PC componants... for example someone like ebuyer sell at fairly low prices but obviously they sell at a profit. Do they just rely on ecos. to get the parts cheaper? If so how can a small business compete?

3) If I manage to get the site on the net and start getting orders on the contact us page could I put my home address (as I have no business premacies) or does that look un-professional?

4) Shouls a small business charge for delivery? Or subsidise half the cost with some of the profit for good customer relations?

Thats all for now
