Need help keeping the office clean

I recently rented a new office and am really being bogged down with expenses. I can’t afford a maid right now, but because we do a lot of fabric cutting here, the carpet gets really grimey pretty quickly. I’ve asked everyone to PLEASE try to keep it clean, but we’re all so busy, I know it’s hard to keep up. We have those restaurant style push vacs, but they are pretty flimsy. Can anyone suggest an alternative?
