Default S Corp - Is it required to put the property distributions on the K-1?

S Corp - Is it required to put the property distributions on the K-1?
My S Corp is not required to complete Schedule M2. I am required to complete Schedule L and Schedule M1. Does the property distributions for the year have to show up on the K1? I would prefer that it does not show on the K1. Distributions are kept track of in the AAA. I just wanted to know if the IRS requires it or not.

Is it required to put the health insurance amount in box 14 on the W2 for more than 2% owners? As an S corp, the premiums for the health insurance were included in the wages (box 1) for the more than 2% employee shareholder owners. I did not put the amount in box 14. I have read pub 15b and instructions for W2. It states to put it in box 1 but it is vague about requiring to put it in box 14. Should I send a W2 correction just for box 14? The W2 instructions talk about box 14 as informational.
