Need help diagnosing a small problem on my site

I have an online store that we are hosting from our store. The home page loads but says on the bottom (1 item remaining). It looks like everything on the page is loaded and functional. Is there a way, some kind of a utility or something that can actually tell me what element it is waiting on?
