Broad question? How do I go about franchising my service business?

I currently have been running a service business for the last two years. I’ve been fairly successful with it in a remarkably short period of time per se. I have been thinking my best leverage may be to start another business of the same, but different business model and market them as individual franchises? What are the beginning steps to Franchising a business, I don’t mean buying one. I mean a business you started from scratch and now want to Franchise out? Any names online resources or commentary gratefully appreciated
