Where can I get some basic information on paying commission employees, all the rules etc. Trouble finding it anywhere. I would prefer sources on the net vs. book but please give me whatever you got.

First of all - are they employees, or commissioned agents who you do not pay with a paycheck and withhold taxes?

If the sales people are going to be commission you need to determine if they will be subcontractors or employees. That irs site spells it out. However you need to follow the rules or you will get busted, been there!
