Exclamation Seeking Help For A Long Time Dream

I am looking for anyone who may be willing to help make a long time dream of mine come true.I am 40 years old and have worked for a very large power company for almost 21 years. In those years I have seen alot of downsizing, company mergers, sevrence packages, layoffs, not to mention a loss to our retirement funds due to cash balance plans and even though I have been blessed to have a job this long when others in our area have lost so many jobs,I have always wanted to own my own business.Because of the crazy hours that I have worked over the years I have missed alot of my kids growing up and have not been able to spend the time with my wife that I wanted to, which has put a real hard strain on our marriage to the point of separation and almost divorce. I took a different job in the company so that me and my wife could spend a little more time together and try to keep our marriage together. So far we are doing the best we can but it is still making it very hard to spend the time with her and our new grandson.I know this sounds like a pity story but believe me it is really a cry for financial help.I have a very close friend that owns a very profitable hobby shop in a local town near our home.He has given me the opportunity to buy this business as long as I run it the same way it is being run right now and allow him to help me and others he is helping keep our business profitable. This is where my problem comes in,the business only consists of inventory, the building is being leased but all will stay where it is due to the great location. To buy this it will cost me 50,000.00 dollars.I have not been able to get the funding through conventional means. That is why I came here,I know this is a very strong and profitable business with new and repeat customers coming in every day and new products being added regularly. This is a dream that could give me my life back ,a life I have dreamed of for a long time and one I know for sure that would not only be very rewarding but great for my family. Please contact me if anybody can help with the funding and I will go over this business in more depth and detail along with the overall business plan.

$50K is not a huge amount in the business world if the business is profitable.

Have you considered a business loan secured by your home, if you own it?
