a little help with my business

Hi guy's, I have a cleaning business with one account, im now in the process of trying to get more. So I was wondering how can I find leads such as names and numbers of building managers as they are the one's I need to contact.

Im planing one writing an intro letter with business contact info theN follow that up with a phone call, rather than just going for the cold call.

Any tip's on writing the letter and finding the leads i need would be great im open to advice as i realy want to make this work Im sure the Tampa area has plenty of building that need quality cleaning as iv heard many complaints while working for other companys. thanks for the help take it easy!!!!
