I would not really recommend it. Get your site honed in for a few keywords and let them come to you. most of that will just get thrown into the delete folder since they did not contact you.
It is OK to put your website in your signature on this board as well. This will help people see what you do

Yes- "most" will get thrown in the delete folder. But, you couldn't handle it if most replied to your e-mail anyway. You just need a few to help get you started. Then referrals and your other marketing efforts will start to pay off - hopefully.
