Endorsement contract

I've been successful in finding some other customizable contracts to use in my business, such as for employment, but I've been unable to find anything in regards to endorsements.

I need to find a contract form that can be used as an agreement between my company and any musician that will be endorsed by us and will be playing our instruments.

Any suggestions?
