Market Research

I have put together the first draft of a business plan for a new project I am working on.and after reading it again a few days later I realize I need some more market research. I searched high and low for the info I have included already but it is probably not enough.

Is there any way to get industry market research at a low cost, or am I just dreaming?

Also I would love to get a review of my business plan but I am hesitant to post it on open forums, is there a site that caters to this need?
