Taking back invested money...

Hi everybody,

Here is my problem: I am the sole member of an LLC. Initially, I invested $10,000 in this company by putting money on the business bank account. If I want to take back $5,000 to my personal bank account can I do it freely without any note? Do I have to fill out any paper? Is it legal to do so?
