Exclamation Old Business account funds

I have money in a non-interest bearing business account for an old consulting company I owned. The corp is no longer active. What do I do with this money? It was my business? Do I just sweep it to me and declare as revenue and pay the taxes? I have a new business. Can I transfer from one subchap S corp to another if I own both?

Seeking small business account in Northern Illinois...
