Default Video Game Media Website Seeks Expansion: Looking For Investors

Hi all,

I origninally listed this on the other capital board, but I'll try it here too. I am currently searching for an investor that would be interested in helping me expand my online video game magazine (http://www.syncgaming.com). The site's been up for around nine months now, but now that I have graduated from college (graduated with a Journalism degree from my college as well btw) and seen the kind of profits it could make if A) I had a bigger budget for expansion and B) I could do this full-time and hire a staff, it would set the groundwork for a website that could potentially become a major competitor in the onling video game media field. I'm looking for roughly $8,000 - $10,000, which would help get the site off the ground and performing at a stable level.

The only thing setting me back is the funding. Falling into the credit card trap in college, along with getting injured (got injured playing for my school's football team) put some major marks on my credit rating that I am still trying to fix now. Because of this, no banks will even look twice at my application. We also have seen some investor interest as two have been close to coming on board, but for a number of reasons (their own company expansion and just not hearing back from some at all), I am still heavily searching for financial help with this project.

I have a business plan and projections available for anyone who would possibly want to take a chance on this. Feel free to get in touch with me at qmiles@syncgaming.com. Thanks.

After hearing from some investors, I've decided to post my business plan and projections for SyncGaming online so others can see it. They both can be found here:

Business Plan:

Projections:

If you have any questions, or are interested in investing, feel free to email me at qmiles@syncgaming.com. I'm looking to decide on this in the next two weeks, so please get in touch with me as soon as possible if you're interested.

Thanks,

We don't currently, but in the future I plan on either doing that or launching an entire internet radio station with the branding.

I think that is a good idea.
