Default Whats a good place to find a business partner

Hi All . Great forum you got here . I wanted to know if there is a place where you can look for business partners . I just split up with my partner and he took the sales team . I have the whole business backend and the office but no sales people .

Can anyone give me advise?

Gene

Good question Gene. Seems like salespeople are often a lot like the drummer for the band Spinal Tap, something is always happening to them, and you wind up having to replace them all the time. Getting good business partners that you can trust and work with is no easy task. Best of luck to you...

What are you selling? Also, are you looking for in-house people or outsourcing? Are you also online selling or is this a brick & mortar?

I have a whole suite of online marketing products . I would prefer inhouse since I have an office but at this time outsourcing would also work for me .

Sounds like you need a sales team more than you need another partner.

Gene, we are looking at a few new products to sell. Shoot me an email, I'd like to get some more details from you.

Thanks,
Erik

I agree with Peter. I would just hire some sales associates instead of sharing profits with someone that did not help start the business... Partnership for someone that did not start the company should be a reward not an initial incentive. You may want to consider hiring a sales contractor. Instead of a full time employee, a contractor is a deductable business expense and they are hired by you. Less likely to have the sales-staff rotating door effect.

Just a thought...

Default you should have different advantage

i think when you cooperate with somebody, you should
have different advantage. i mean each of partners should know that you need each other. when a person start to think that i don't need another partner any longer. i think the
partner relationship will start to melt.

now i am working in a manufacturer in china, i have
so many resource in china. but i know little thing about the
usa market. now i want to find a business partner in usa.
if any one are interesting that .pls contact with me .
