Domain Names bought by canada.
http://www.webhosting.info/domains/country_stats/

Subtract the domain names bought between two years to get and idea of the number of web businesses.

When you say "The Google Guy" certainly you don't mean 'googleguy' at Webmaster World, do you?

I'm not really familiar with any of the three BSers you mention there.

Yes... He is a knowledgable person but he is obviously affiliated with Google and passes on their general BS. What you may not understand is that Google is tight lipped about their algorithm (spiderbot operations and characteristics) so they feed out information the same way Politicians do.

The few credible SEO and I. Marketing Pros I prefer to deal with, especially the main SEO Pros at the WebWorkshop test as many theories on Google and other spiders as they can. Test being the operative word.

BTW I am not a Moderator or affiliated in a business sense with WebWorkshop, I've just found the most accurate and unbiased info there. I have been in business with Internet since it was made public.
