Unhappy Selling online from a business registered outside of the US

Can a business registered outside of the US be registered here also? I currently reside in the US and I had a business before I came here selling some merchandise online, I will like to know how to go about registering my business as as international business or a subsidiary in the US so that I can sell here also.

You don't necessarily have to form a subsidiary to do business in the U.S. You can file for registration at the state level, for the state in which you currently reside/do business.

That's actually the common practice.
