Looking for a partner company

Hello,

We are looking for a partner company to work with in the software development field. The main role of the partner would be to intermediate software projects for us. This means to find them and to maintain direct contact with the clients. The financial involvement of that company will reflect only the expenses on their site. The earnings will consist in a percentage from the negotiated value of the contract.

But if you have any other ideas … like starting a joint venture by working on a product together … I’m waiting for any suggestions
