I need to talk to a lawayer, but are their lawyers that just deal with harrassements from an ex boss? It is getting out of hand where he is threatening me, and more.

Call your state's Bar Association, they should be able to refer you someone. Good luck.

You might also contact Equal Employment people, local unemployment office, etc.

There are lawyers who specialise in employment and labor laws.

If he is threatening you with physical harm, skip the lawyer. Call the police! It is against the law to menace someone.
