I usually promptly delete spam posts, but in this case I'm just removing much of the garbage. I think that a lot of people that visit this forum should realize what kind of hogwash this spammer is spreading. IMO, Quixtar is one step away from a Ponzi scheme. As with any pyramid scheme, the ones that make money are the ones that started it. Most people who join it, just pay their inflated 'membership fee' and never see any real income from it.
I've sat in on some of their recruiting meetings, and the thing that bothers me most about it is the lies that they tell you when they're hoping to get you to sign up. Quixtar (also known as Amway) prides themselves on the washing soap they sell. Most people are shocked when they see the price of the soap. Quixtar tells people that it's a good value because it's "concentrated" LoL. In fact, Consumer Reports included it in a study a couple years ago, and foudn that their soap is indeed high quality, right up there with Tide and other high-rating soaps. However, the cost per wash was over ten times the price of yoru average brand name products. Quixtar doesn't like you to know about that. When someone, with a fake smile, comes up to you and tells you they've got a great business opportunity for you, be skeptical. When they mention Quixtar, say 'thanks, but no thanks'. Make your business an honest venture, work for yourself and not to enrich the people in your "upline" and you'll be far better off in the long-run. |

A matter of fact I am a proud IBO os Quixtar. I am very successful with the business.
I do take it offensive when u give false information about saying Quixtar is Amway. It is not. Amway is apart of quixtar but is not Quixtar. It is not a Pyramid effect neither. Because u can get richer than ur upline. The further upline will of course be hard to get richer than because they have been involved longer. So state the facts. I am a new member and I already see false business information being reported and already someone trying to tell you guys about a great business oppurtunity and u just shut him down. I bet my life u will prob delete me too right? What is a buiness board about if u cant chat about it. What a worthless board. If I do find myself deeted because of ths stupid crapthen i will make sure that these forums great the credit u deserve then. I just want u guys to state the facts and why bitch on someone just trying to get some people interested in a plan. |

Many pyramid plans are for suckers and the misguided. It takes the human desire for quick success and feeds on it. AmWay may be "quality" soap, but I can get the same quality at the supermarket for half the price. If you have to "spam" someone to bring your scheme to their attention, then there's a problem. I agree with Peter in that I too have been fed the lies that go along with the Quixtar sales pitch, it's pretty sad. The defensive tone in the previous message is standard for people in this business who think they can hide their decete from you, then get angry when you call them out on it.
Avoid these schemes at all cost, lest you chance losing your "investment" in the scheme. |

Hey Nemesis1386, since you're so interested in 'facts' and claim to be so successful with Quixtar, then you'd surely be willing to post us a copy of your Schedule C then, right?

I think that says it all. If you want to start a real business we'd love to give advice. (sc)AmWay's Quixstar is a crooked pyrimid scheme. |

Hello folks
I am so sorry to say this about quixtar and hope not to offend anybody. I bought two packages from quixtar (for me and my wife) and conducted big campaign promoting their biz...in the same time we squandered a lot of money purchasing their product even though it is some times more expensive than wal-mart. You are allowed to buy only by certain quantity like whole sale stuff (no less than 48 toilets paper rolls ![]() Besides squandering our money we wasted our time and even more lost some good friends. We’ve been with quixtar for almost two and all I got during that period was $500. Believe me folks we spent a lot of time and money more than you can imagine in vain. Please don’t get me wrong, I am just trying to give a sincere advice. Cheers Karim

Well, if you had any business income, and you live in the USA, you should know what a Schedule C is. Since you don't know what it is, I can only assume... A: You lied about being a successful businessman. B: You sign documents from your CPA without looking at them. C: You have some fun with the IRS in the not too distant future. Care to enlighten us which of these is true? |
