Does anyone know the state fees cost for FL, for being incorporated? And where is the best place online to apply. Thanks.

Here's a link to the Florida Department of State corporations page. It should have all of the info you need. It also appears that you can file electronically. Many states have a Secretary Of State website which allows you to maintain your corporate filing.
