To solve my own budget & knowledge limits issues......

So.....I had these issues at work where we kept having to hire accountants or auditors or SOX people from third parties....which was really pretty expensive ($80 to $120 an hour). My budget was getting killed and I just had a real problem with the situation. After all, I knew that the actual people we were getting through these staffing agencies were not getting the $80 to $120 an hour.....and the staffing agency really wasn't doing anything special. So I decided to start my own online business that brings these two parties together and cuts out the middleman. This was back in February. It should go live September 1st but there is currently a "landing" page up right now at http://www.greenbrim.com for potential users to pre-register. I thought it might be a good idea to offer a giveaway too...just give people an incentive to preregister. The site is going to have a user forum, a blog, etc and should be a pretty good community for accountants, auditors, and IT professionals to interact and market themselves. This is also the perfect place for small businesses to find qualified accountants or auditors (there is cumulative ratings for each participant based on historical interactions) if they do not have referrals. Anyway, feel free to check it out or ask me any questions. Employers can post requirement for free so there is no risk to them. The site will charge a small monthly fee to the providers to "bid" on contract opportunities. Again, www.greenbrim.com (its a throwback to the old green visors that accounts used to wear)

Welcome to the forums! I'm assuming that at this point your services are only available to U.S. businesses. I could be wrong. Regardless, what a novel idea. Good for you!

Thanks for the comments. The focus of the marketing is primarily US only....but there is no reason why the site has to be limited to US participants. If demand outside of the US is strong, then I will expand as appropriate. Thanks for the advice.
