Question selling.. without getting sued.?

as a lot of the regulars know, i have a website coming (hopefully soon) and i'll be giving away things at first (for free) for promotion. cant get sued for that!

i eventually want to be able to sell things. i know if you sell a companies merchandise without permission, you could get sued.

how in the hey, does one go about doing things the "right" way?

i know its probably a pain in the ass. i was interested in selling Jordan shoes before.. i was told.. nike wouldnt even be interested in talking to somebody like myself.

who do i call? where do i go?

I'd start looking at wholesalers... I'm not sure exactly what kind of merchandise you're looking for... but I think that may also depend on what specifically you are looking to sell.

I'm a wealth of knowledge what I can say... I read a lot.. no just kidding I've considered opening up an ecommerce site in the past and did about 2 years worth of research into it all. Now I just build the sites for others, they can do the store thing.

your inbox is full... can't pm you. I did however send you an email.

Join Clickbank.com, they aggregate items for online sellers to sell, just like paypal.. After that, you need to contact each merchandiser to see if they will let you become an affiliate.
