have you tried traffic exchanges ?

I found them to be a really great way to generate free targeted traffic

all you have to do is register and surf other peoples sites

for every site you visit you are given credit to show your site to other members

a tip that I’m using is this

most traffic exchanges will give you free credits for getting others to use their site from a free link they give you

I found a site called traffic tornado it's great all you do is join them for free
they give you a free web page with approx 20 - 30 traffic exchanges that you join also for free

all you do is upload your affiliate links to the free page they give you

and then advertise this one page when people get their free site they join all the exchanges using your affiliate links

the more people that join your free page the more credits you get for free

the more free traffic you will get

one other thing when you surf for credits you have to wait between 15-30 seconds before you can go onto another page

if you use a tabbed browser such as firefox

and you join traffic tornado
after you have listed over 10 free traffic exchange links
they will let you download their free tool that lets you
switch between tabs with one button press

that way you can open 20 tabs one for each exchange and you can then click on an advert for that exchange and then click a new tab click on an advert for that exchange and so on and so on so when you get back to the first exchange the 15-30 seconds is up and you can get some more credits without waiting – an amazing time saving tool !

I spend about one and half hours doing this a day + promote my traffic tornado site

Any of that traffic ever actually buy anything from your site, or are dependent upon building your affiliate stream?

Sarge the type of program describes is completely useless. The only people you get visiting your sites are other people in the program looking to increase their credits so someone will visit their site.

So you end up with people visiting yoru site and staying there long enough to generate the credit and then they leave. No one buys anything.

Basically the whole thing is a scam and since we have a new member writing a lengthy post telliing us how wonderful it is I would think the original post here nothing more than spam.
