Default LLC-5 form California

I am going to register a Foreign LLC (formed in Delaware) in California. I understand that I will need to fill form LLC-5 with the California Secretary of State.
1) Can I use a California based private mail box (PMB) address on line 8, form LLC-5 "ADDRESS OF THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA, IF ANY" ?

2) My online business will operate from a home based office ("executive office")in California. The receipt/shipping of packages or mail will occur at the PMB. The PMB address is different from the home address. I meet the requirements of home based tax deductions at the "executive office" location. Can I still claim the Home Based Business Tax Deductions if my "ADDRESS OF THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA, IF ANY" (form LLC-5) is the PMB address ?
