Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. My name is David Pitlyuk, I am a partner & head of marketing & sales for my small business, ActiveTuning. We manufacturer aftermarket car parts...both styling and performance. You can check us out at www.activetuning.com

I hope to learn some stuff over on these forums, so you'll see me on here from time to time

That's not a bad looking site. I also like your logo, nice work, did you do it yourself.

The aftermarket car business seems to be growing very rapidly. I'm a bit of an old school hot rod guy myself but I can appreciate the concept in the whole fast and furious craze.

Welcome to the SBF, enjoy!

Thanks, yeah I did all of the work myself

Yeah it has definitely been a rapidly growing market....I guess you can say our niche is that we are trying to work with cars that don't really have an aftermarket market right now but the demand is there.

We're a little bit of both here( import/domestic) (although our products are for the import tuners right now). One of our current project cars is a 91 Z28, that has a ridiculous amount of work done to it. Some of the big things, super charged, 353 motor, 18" chrome Z06 wheels, etc, etc. It should run in the 10's right now...We just installed the super charger, and waiting on re-doing the exhaust system before it's ready to get on the road, but it does start up right now!

David, welcome to the Small Business Forum. It's great to see someone in an auto-related business here. For quite a while all SBF was attracting was people who run hosting companies and web developers. Not that there's anything wrong with them, it's just great to see that the forum is starting to diversify. Good work on your site, BTW.
