Default New Forum URL

Well, in addition to my thread here, I was wondering if I could get a vote on which of these URLs would be the best for my forum.

Any feedback on top of a vote would be great!

Why not register all of them and just have them all resolve to the one that does the best. It only costs about $10 a name ($90 total) and your hosting company will handle the resolution of the URLs. After the first year of the sight being online, you'll be able to see which name is hit the most and drop the others (or maybe just keep the top three). Besides, posting them all here... someone unscrupulous and opportunistic might reserve them all right out from underneath you.

Yeah, I realize there could be some pondscum that would go do that and steal the domain names... but none of them are super fantastic... they've all never ben registered... There's no real value to stealing those domain names other than annoying me personally... I'm not too worried... I'm confident I can brand any of those domain names... just looking for advice to see what people like over others.

Have you considered narrowing the focus of your forum to make it more complimentary to your business? I think there are quite a few forums already that have a general digital photo focus.

I was thinking that originally, but what would the main focus of the forum be, then? While there are a lot of general digital photo forums out there, there are very few that I've seen that are very active or well done. If we can come up with an idea that will work and would facilitate an active forum, I am certainly open to the idea! I just can't imagine people posting to a forum on video montages, for instance. DigitalPhotoLounge.com is a good one too! Thanks, Philip.

Thanks for everyone's advice. I've decided to consolidate my domain name election into one place. Do me a favor, and click here to place your votes.

Thanks!
