Default 3rd party merchant acc for High risk=CHEAP?

I need Cheep 3rd party Merchant account INTERNATIONAL=allow for ExYugoslavia, mean Serbia and Montenegro; for high risk Green card Lottery Web;;;I search almost SIX mont and cant find satify???
Please PEOPLE HELP

You won't be able to find one. With the rules & regulations of MasterCard & Visa become stricter, it will be more difficult & more expensive to own & maintain these types of websites. The risks involved are very high for the processor.

Sorry I did not mean for you to review my site - we do not support gambling websites.

I was trying to tell you that for what you are asking it is pretty much going to be impossible. I do not think that 2CO supports gambling websites overseas. You might check out www.mypaysystems.com to see if they do. But you are more than likely going to have to register with Visa / MasterCard as a high risk merchant & this might costs anywhere from $1,500-$2,000.
