Most states allow you to file what's called a Certificate of Domestication to transfer your business over. It is similar to a filing of the articles of organization but requires additional information because your organization is alredy in exsistance. Once your certificate has been granted in the state that you are moving to, you should submit a Certificate of Termination with the state from which you plan to depart. this is generally how it works, not sure about your spacific case. Hope this helps.
