Hi, while doing my search for the news, I found this press release.

Essentially: There's a professor in New Zealand, Dr. Howard H. Frederick, who's looking to interview people who have bought a small business (5-20 employees) for an interactive DVD he's making for local entrepreneurs, entitled "How to Buy a Business".

I did some background checking and contacted the professor and he appears to be on the level to me, so I thought some of you might like the opportunity to share your experiences and possibly get a cool memento if your story is used on the DVD.
