I am looking for investors for athletic clubs in Maryland. The clubs are national franchises already up and running and have a membership base. The books will be viewed and discussed before any offers will be made. The buy in will be $ 5,000.00 per point with a minimum of 5 points. I will pay monthly dividends based off the total net profit of each club you invest in. I am buying two to three clubs and each investment will be seperate from the others.
