Drop-shipping!

Drop-shipping, for those who dont know, is where you can virtually sell goods on the internet without actually having the inventory, then once you receive an order, you place it with the wholesaler (drop-shipper) who will eventually send the goods to your customer under your name.

In this case, you dont even see or touch the goods you are selling.

I think this idea is good for those who dont want the cost of inventory keeping, shipping, and staffing all together. One can even start selling on Ebay like the many who are already making a living on Ebay just out of drop-shipping goods. I thought I would share it with the forum. I have a list of drop-shippers and I would direct people to where to get it.

Here is a site that someone told me about after I had bought a wholesale/dropshipper list. It is available to everyone free of charge. Like I said I paid for a list then found this site which has most if not all of the companies that are on the list I paid for. The list mentioned above could be totally different then the one I received so I would still suggest that Peter review it.

The lists that you have reffered to are usually useless information. Finding a drop shipping company doesn't take rocket science to figure out. They are called stock distributors and they are no secret in the world of business. Even if the information was usefull reselling it to a hundred people and saturating the market of 1 product by advertising to sell it on eBay would cause the economy of the product to be worthless and the reason is because some halfwit would be willing to make about 5 bucks profit just to get the sale.

If the list was nike shoes and 10 people bought the list, set up an account with the drop shipper and advertised on eBay how long do you think it will take before those 10 people will keep lowering their price to a near zero profit margin.

My point is that "investing" in a so called drop shippers list is pointless and you would probably make more money reselling the list then actually selling the product located in the list.

It's not really a membership it's more like setting up an account. It's like sugning up for a credit card at a deptartment store. They as a few quetions like, where is the business located, address, credit history, bank accounts, monthly requirements, trade references, and your resellers permit ID.


Once you pass the credit check, they set you up an account with a credit limit and payment terms, then you buy the product and have them drop ship it. But you must make sure they have the dropship abilites before signing up.
