Is there a software program that traffic sites use to offer people targeted visitors, hits and traffic at $49 a clip?

OK, I lied here's another question. How are they able to offer 10000 visitors to a website?

I'm interested in offering this service on my site without going through an affiliate.

if you want to be able to offer 10,000 visitors to a website, there are two ways to go about it

1) If you have a high traffic network of websites, you can send the traffic from there

2) Become a reseller of traffic for a large network that has the traffic

Traffic from these types of networks is pretty much junk.

Lots of it comes from pop-ups and pop-unders. But, yes, you can pay money to use up your bandwidth, and your counters and stats will go up, but I wouldn't expect anything more, certainly not paying customers.
