If this is a business-2-consumer operation it is very text heavy... Consumers want products up front and personal. You could simply require them to become members before the items can be put into the cart or better yet, if they aren't members automatically add the membership package to the cart on the first purchase.

Also for a business-2-consumer operation, $15.00 a month is pretty hefty since they probably won't need products on a month basis. Would be better to simply increase your prices a few dollars and do away with the membership fee.
