It's simply text. It has practically no layout. There are no graphics. It's simple, but too simple.

Apologies for it being short & sharp, but I don't have long. Just some stuff for you to think about.

I recommend that you experiment with cellpadding and cellspacing attributes for the tables. This will give the different block elements some room to breathe and makes it easier to read.

I just saw the home page .

1. Shrink the words (I mean links )
I hate long links they are just like your web site name so long (areyoutiredofworking)

For e.g Small Businesses that you can Start Today
could be presented as "Start today"
or "Easy Start"
and even better "Startups"

could be presented as "Make money online"

2. Links are shown underlined text - readability problems.



3. Again in menu section (left) short words , neatly stack them.
Menu merges with other text in the page and looks a one large goobled web page with many links.
Menu provides a web site feel and that is missing here.

4. Poor readability due to presentation.
Most people read left to right , top to down (unless you are arab, i mean arabic)
People does not read top to down unless text is enclosed in a box.
I do not know how to read your home page , it's unreadable.

Looks like you are reinventing wheels.
Just get a template for web site , beleive they will help your web site look better.
