Arrow Looking for investor/equity partner

I am the owner of A Figment of Your Imagination Landscape and Design, in Rockledge Florida (Central FL) which is a landscape company established in March of 2004 by myself, Robert Holmes. I built the company with the aspects of beautifying lawns and landscapes for customers on the Space Coast with the ideas of becoming a General Landscape Contractor for larger developments being built on the east coast of Florida. I have 10 years plus experience in landscaping and land development, as well as over 6 years in the excavating and dump truck industry in Florida. As of right now, the company maintains well over 70 landscapes, and performs new designs, and jobs on a continual basis for new home builders, residential and commercial properties. With the growth of this company, it is seeking to haul dirt, and debris as a General Landscape Contractor, to develop new residential subdivisions, and commercial projects. There is no end to the developing stages in the Central Florida area, where this company is founded and working in. The more equipment, trucks and machinery this company has, the more revenue, and investment returns will be seen. The company is in search of an investment loan in the highest amountof $1,200,000. The following is a detailed list of the equipment that will be purchased with such investment loan, and the revenue each item can bring in as a return. Any left over funds from the below would be kept as a financial backbone to run every day finances for the growth of the business.

- (1) Dump Trucks for hauling debris/dirt ($125,000 insured) ...
- (1) Roll Off truck for dumpsters at sites ($126,000 insured) ...
- (5) 20 yard dumpsters, (10) 15 yard dumpsters ($49,000 for all 15) ...
- (2) F150 pickup trucks for lawn care ($48,000 insured for both) ...
- (1) F150 pickup for landscape crew ($34,000 insured) ...
- (1) F350 pickup for hauling landscape materials ($44,000 insured) ...
- Purchase of commercial property .98 acres for company office/nursery($275,000)...
- (2) Trailers with equipment for lawn care ($11,300 for both insured) ...
- Working capital for company ($487,700)

For a total of $1.2 million

NOTE: Each truck will return an average $950/day on the road, at 6 days a week working = $5,700 a week each truck.. So with 2 trucks, that is $11,400/week. § I already have 2 landscape crews. With 2 more crews, these crews can generate $2000/week each crew. So with 4 crews, that would be $8,000/week. We have a bulldozer that would be used for landclearing jobs that can range from $1,000 to $100,000. The average per week made doing landclearing would be $5,000 to $20,000/week.

The outgoing payables would vary as to the different types of payables, equipment and what have you.

In perspective, The total weekly average income to start would be @ $34,400 or @ $139,320/month Which in turn the first year should gross close to $1.7 million.
With the investment, within two years I will have enough financial stability to grow as needed with the funds earned back in revenue, plus return the invested amount with interest stated by you, the investor.

I am also willing to offer % of interest in company.

Thank you for your time in calling to review our Executive Business Plan and Summary

Sincerely,
