Default Helping expanding into medium business clients

Hi

Currently my business services many retail customers and small businesses (Home office and people with under 5 staff).

But we are looking to expand into the 10+ small – medium business market.

I have setup a separate division and have one person whose job is to look after this area but I’m finding it difficult to design a sheet which lets this person know what is expected of them. The reason I say this is because I want a why of being able to track their attempt to generate more leads, sales that they are creating and track how they are filling the sales which are being made.

Any suggestions would be great.

This is a great question. I would like to know the answer to this one as well since small business are not really our target market (some are however).

If is not too late, it seems to me that you need Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

There are many good free options out there. Checkout my brief review of the ones I've used at the following link:

Yes I currently do have CRM software. We use a program called

www.netsuite.com.au

I wish there was a FREE ERP program that did what netsuite can do.

Either way I have sat my team down and we have gone over our goals together so that we both understand what outcomes we are trying to achieve.

Thanks for the help though.
