Default Adwords conversion ?

Does anybody know if the conversion rate shown in Adwords includes conversions for clicks on sites that show Google ads?

Just to add on to this answer:
Conversion includes clicks on sites that show google ads (i.e. adsense sites) if you have chosen to show your adds on adsense sites. This is also called out separately as "content network". So basically you will see in your google reports "search network" and "content network" and content network are the sites that show google ads.

Content network is enabled by default, but you may choose to disable content network at any time.
