Hi all,

I have an idea of starting a directory in a small niche.
I plan to charge on yearly bases for inclusion in the directory.

Now, I live in Iceland but the niche companies I would have in the directory are all based in the States.
Is there anything illegal with this?
Would I have to have a partner in U.S.A. and a company based there?
If so, are there any laws that tell how much I can own in the company?
What about taxes?

Are you thinking about providing through online resources or traditional mail order methods?

I've thought about using a mail address in London for my international mail forwarding.

Does n't sound too hard either way.
