Hi,
Basically I got the idea from Germany. It's a maid cleaning business. What i'll be doing is soliciting clients and I'll be sending maids to residents homes for cleaning What I'm worried about is that the maid's and the resident will cut me out. What can I do? I was thinking of having the maids sign a legal document but I'm not sure if this'll do anything. Any ideas / commments will be appreciated Thanks, George |

Hi George,
Make sure that you have a contract drawn up with your customers. Yes, you can have your workers sign a document but if you pay them well and have enough work to keep them gainfully employed AND most importantly, have a contract with the customer, there's no reason for you to be cut out.
