Saint Lucia Investment

I can’t see any thread to post my concern so I decided to start a new thread. My father is currently planning to invest in St Lucia which is in Caribbean Island from http://www.caribbeanventure.co.uk/blog; this was introduced by one of his colleagues. According to him mostly property prices from them are very affordable and it’s really a worth buying; actually that guy acquired a villa from the same website. I had been in St Lucia twice for a vacation purposes and when I heard that my father is planning to buy an apartment there I felt excited! I really love the place because of its amazing and lovely beaches.

But I don’t have any idea of the ROI there, is there anyone here has an idea what’s the business situation in St Lucia nowadays? I’ve searched and study some information over the internet but I need lots of helpful ideas from people here. Thanks for your future help
