Someone pays me to do their website, host it, and take care of the domain name. It's an all-in-one kind of thing. She is getting ready to incorporate her business name and her attorney told her she had to have her domain name in her own account for tax purposes. Is this true? I pay taxes so she has always had the ability to deduct her website payments each year on her taxes, so I don't know what he's trying to do, other than steal business.
